Breathe & Read is a book club that meets each month with the intention to amplify Black voices in literature through conversation while integrating movement and breath. Each free, in-person class will include a 15-20 minute gentle yoga session followed by a 40 minute discussion about a book or other form of literature. All levels of yoga experience is welcomed, and it is not required that you read the book in advance. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat, or one will be provided.
