“Inhale the Next Chapter, Exhale turn the Page.”

Pages & Poses is a virtual/pop-up yoga studio that brings breath and movement beyond the walls of a studio directly to the community.

For each of her classes, Jenn focuses on what she calls the 3Ps (Pause, Present, and Peace). Pausing allows us to be present in the moment so that we can find inner peace.

Pause

Pause between poses to allow your body to adjust. Pause to examine how our breath affects our bodies and brains.

Pause to consider if we want to respond or let go.

Present

Frequently we are so engrossed in the “noise” that directing our focus to the present moment is difficult.

Peace

Inner peace looks different for everyone.

The first step towards inner peace is letting go of things that no longer serves you.

Hi! I’m Jennifer “Jenn with 2ns” Wyatt Bourgeois, Ph.D, and I’m a Professor of Criminal Justice and Data Specialist who has a passion for social justice, criminal justice reform, and wellness. I also teach yoga through a trauma-informed lens at a women’s residential treatment facility.
